At Aura Spa & Nails Brighouse, we aim to provide every client with a relaxing and professional experience. To help us manage appointments efficiently and maintain the highest service standards, please review the following booking terms and conditions before confirming your appointment.
1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings remain provisional until a £10 deposit has been received.
- Once your deposit is processed, the booking will be confirmed via text message or email — depending on your selected preference.
- WhatsApp is not used for booking confirmations.
- Please ensure your contact details are accurate so we can confirm your appointment promptly.
2. Deposit & Payment
- A £10 deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from your total bill during your visit.
- Deposits are paid securely via the payment link included in your confirmation message.
- Once confirmed, bookings cannot be transferred to another date or person.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. We’ll do our best to accommodate a new time based on staff availability.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
- Bookings made within 24 hours of the appointment cannot be cancelled last-minute, as this affects staff scheduling and salon operations.
- If we are unable to provide your booked service due to any reason on our end, your deposit will be fully refunded.
4. Appointment Availability
- All appointments are subject to staff availability.
- If your requested time is unavailable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative slot.
- During busy hours or when accommodating walk-in clients, slight delays may occur — your patience is appreciated.
5. Communication Preferences
- You can choose to receive your booking confirmation and deposit payment link via text message or email.
- Please select your preferred contact method when completing the booking form.
6. Arrival Time
- Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure your full treatment can be completed as scheduled.
- Appointments will be held for up to 10 minutes after the scheduled start time; beyond this, it may be treated as a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.
